Can't purchase Vial of Shadows for my character

Hello.
I have a character called "Dreamz" From Neltharion.
I can't buy Vial of Shadows because "my character is not 10 days old".
My character is about 5 months old.

What to do?

First of all, your character can't be about 5 months old, because server started at 1st Feb
Second of all, it's not about "character must be created 10 days ago", but you must spent on this character more than 10 days ingame. To check this type "/played" ingame on this character and look on Total time played.
