Every time my boyfriend tries to create an account with his e-mail address <.......>, it tells him the e-mail is currently in use. When he tries to recover an account name, it says there is none linked with this e-mail. He has never made an account on warmane before, he did have a molten wow account with hat e-mail address. Currently he can not create an account because his e-mail is in use, but your site also says it is not linked to any account name, how is that possible?

This is why he is unable to create a new account with this email address. He can still recover his old account, but he will have to open support ticket on our website.

I sent a ticket in for him since it won't let him make an account cause he only has one g-mail. also he wants to know if you can just deactivate his account so he can just use his old e-mail to create a new account, the main issue is he wants to use his e-mail not get an old account back. He does not want to make another g-mail just to make an account.

He is able to add a dot in the middle of the email to use it again and still receive them in the same inbox( i.e., [email protected] to [email protected], for example). Gmail treats those as the same account, but generally services you register with see different ones. He would just have to remember where he uses the dot for any tools or support requests that require that information.
Also, you shouldn't post account information like emails used in the registration. It's a security breach.
