Disconnects when I log in

Hello. I have a strange problem.
I have a router in my home, and another router in the office connected to the first one. From a day or two, when I try to log in from my router at home, I get disconnected as soon as I log in and finish the loading screen. I see my character, and after a second or two I get disconnected.
When I attempt to play from my office router (Which is connected to the one at home) I have no problem and I play normally.
The two routers are connected over Wi-Fi and I am connecting to both routers with a LAN cable.
What should I do to fix this? Is the problem in my network or is it server-side?

That happens to me and what's even worse: the ethernet ports of the router die. ;P

Try to unstuck from the website, helped me.
