Why is that?
If it's simply an error, could you recover my points so I can spend them before the date that was initially set?

Seems some people have this issue yesterday. Mine still have 1 month and 1 week, but suddenly it resetted. Just make a ticket and wait for staff response.
I got the same problem. Coins and points have been reset and removed and had 1 month and 1 week left.
