    Unstuck option or naw?

    So I tried to join an instance with a group but I can't because I got stuck at the stupid screen with the dwarf flying the gryphon and the loading bar moved the size of Justin Biebers johnson. It moved 0%. So I exit out, try again and it loads halfway and freezes... Is there a automatic unstuck option somewhere?
