Wow exe wont run help

Hi all, I decided to get back to MoP tonight and downloaded the Mists of Pandaria client from the warmane downloads. Problem is when I run WoW.exe nothing happens, I can see it though on task manager as process. Im using windows 10 if that means anything, I also run WoTLK with no issues. I would apreciate any help. There were two options in downloads Mists of Pandaria and Mists of Pandaria Minimal, I downloaded the Mists of Pandaria full. 27 gb I downloaded twice tonight and it took alot of time.

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC ( it is important in your case)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
