    2 Step Authorization errors

    Just tried to log in to my accounts through the website and am getting an error when entering the 2 step authorization code provided by my google authenticator app on my phone. This worked a month or so ago the last time I had logged into my accounts after the 100 point Facebook milestone (10,000 likes if I remember correctly) was reached. Haven't uninstalled the app or changed anything on my phone or any of my accounts, but on my main account I just now had to do a removal of authentication and switch to the email method. I tried setting up a new QR code and everything through the website and the app on my phone, but it kept saying the 6 digit code I was entering was wrong/incorrect. I'd prefer to use the google authenticator over the email one if possible and need to use it in order to access my two other accounts. I don't think there's anything more that I can do to fix the problem so I'm assuming it's an issue that, hopefully, isn't isolated to just me so it can be fixed. I'd like to be able to easily access all my accounts through the site, including my alts. Thanks for your time.

    Thank you for the timely reply! I'm still getting the same error when using the Google Authenticator. I've used both Chrome and Mozilla as well when trying to enter a new six digit code. Using the email authentication works fine on my main account (or at least it allowed me to login properly, hence the postings) but the google authenticator app isn't working or there's some other kind of error. I'd use a different QR code and setup a new Google Authenticator account but when I tried doing that on my main, it gave me the same error of something like "code entered is wrong, please try again in a few seconds." I tried a few times, waiting and all, and it's still not working. Is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot on my end? Oh, and for what it's worth I'm not seeing a captcha prompt when trying to enter in the 6 digit code that the Google Authenticator is giving me. I'm just at a loss at this point.

    My Google Authenticator codes aren’t working (Android)This might be because the time on your Google Authenticator app is not synced correctly.
    To make sure that you have the correct time:

    1. Go to the main menu on the Google Authenticator app
    2. Click Settings
    3. Click Time correction for codes
    4. Click Sync now

    I am also having a similar problem except I am trying to set it up. I have synced the app but the codes I am getting are still invalid.
