What do I do if my AT account was merged?

Hi, I stopped playing AT almost 2 years ago and I'm aware that AT has now merged and Blackrock is the new server. I decided to merge my account 4 days ago to start playing again and it said my account was already merged. Not sure if this could just be a error or someone has access to my account and merged it already. I still have access to the email I signed up with and I'm sure I put in the right account name and password.

I emailed Malaco 4 days ago and I'm still waiting on a response. Not sure if Malaco is just not active anymore or his email is flooded and it takes him a while to answer them. Would appreciate any help from people who have had this same issue, I had ViP on the account so it would really suck if I had to make a new account to play again.
