I am new to wow so i need help.I bought the Battered Hilt quest, did few quests of the chain and i got to the one where i should use a sword in fos.I used it at the entrance just to see what happens and it got destroyed.Then i went to quest log and i clicked Abandon.Is there any way to get back the sword or the quest because its 3000gold...a lot of money for me...

Never abandon the quest, after that youre basically ****ed. Do some quests in sholozar, and youll get about 150g per quest, and have enough for another hilt in no time, plus the hilt quests give you a fair amount of gold. Once you get to the FOS quest again, wait until after youve killed the final boss, then run up to the glowing orb on a stand in the boss room and throw the sword in.

You can try making an in-game ticket and GM might restore the lost item to you.

Go back to quel danar's rest or how ever it's spelt and retake the FoS part simples :D
