How come there is no 410 relics available when every other piece such as off hand, thrown is?

Because everyone knows T2 relics are more OP than PvE weapons/trinkets.

My druid has the 410 relic on Neltharion. Seems like they would have it on Warsong as well, maybe not though.

You have it on Neltharion through donation or getting the 3v3 req. on warsong all 410 throwns etc are there w/o requirement at the custom vendor except for relics. But you can still get it at the original vendor if you have the 3's req.

you can get it on warsong the way to "change" it at the "rating-req-vendor"

you need:
- points
- points earned
- rating 2,2k
- the 403 one

then you get the 410 one, but you cant use it @ arena at the moment (makes me sad)
