Technical Am Able to Log In, But When I Do I Have Massive Lagg

Hi,

I had an issue getting stuck on success yesterday. Now however, I am able to login but when I do, no NPC's load, some people load but they are unknown, and I can't do any spells or anything. It is not my net as it is working well... Any help apprectiated.

What server, is it on all servers, where are you located?

Do you know if its 'lag' as in high latency? It could be the game downloading things if you're using a download-as-you-play installer. I use one and I frequently have issues seeing NPCs unless I specifically /target them.
