PVP weapons on the marketplace

So, Im thinking about donating soon for some better weapons. The only ones that have the agility + stam that i need and can afford together (since i want to dual wield) are PVP weapons.

In-game, lets say.. i wanted to buy the Tyrannical Gladiator's Quickblade. Even if I have the amount of honor the vendor asks for, it says i cant buy it because i need to accumulate 7250 honor points for the season. If i buy it with coins, will i not be able to equip it until i save up that many honor points?
