...and is also making me re-read the EULA every singe launch. Is this expected and how we have to go about it, or is there a different file/do I need to edit a file to stop this from occurring?

Hello! Make sure your WoW client folder doesn't have checked "Read-only" in folder properties. Just right click on your WoW folder and untick "Read-only".

If this doesn't work, run WoW.exe as administrator. I have the problem where I can't keep the "Read-Only" box unchecked, but opening WoW.exe as admin fixes the problem.
