problem with Plans: Balanced Trillium Ingot and Its Uses

i had farmed springtail-digger untile i loot the Plans: Balanced Trillium Ingot and Its Uses than i activate the recipe ,but the problem i cant find Balanced Trillium Ingot in the my bs ,so i want to know what to do and if u can fix this pronlem

Every profession that has those upgrade plans have same issues, the books or patterns you find are not properly configured in or are disabled on purpose to preserve the item level equilibrium. There's nothing that can be done about this, I've lost an engineering equivalent book that was supposed to teach me a few new recipes.

If you find more of it - don't use it just keep it until we advance into the 5.4 patch gear and they 'fix' it or activate the item.
