Technical Issue with purchased Item

I was longing for a helmet so I figured I would cash in some points on the voter shop. I made sure to check the box at the bottom stating that the items were usable by my character. A lot of epic grade items appeared so I was confused and upon comparing the epic item ( Coif of Alleria ) to other items in the voting shop I noticed these items didn't display a level requirement. So I purchased it with the few points I had, hopped in-game, went to mail, and discovered it couldn't be used until level 70. Well that's a bummer so I was wondering if I could get a refund and possibly could the voter shop be fixed to properly display level requirements?

yeah tooltips don't show level requirement anymore, I don't know what happened. I don't know if they will refund vote point item but maybe try your luck.

You'll have an easier time messaging an admin than you will creating a thread.
A note for you, though, don't buy anything from the vote shop except mounts. at around level 70/80 any item you get will dominate the Vote Shop gear.
