Cannot access my account info.

Hello, there is a strange thing happening with my account. Whenever i try to access my account info, the 2-step authentication pops-up, even thought i am already logged in. Also, i don't receive any e-mail with the code no matter how many times i try to resend it, meaning i can't access my web account. Any solution to this?

Email is sent, make sure to check SPAM / Junk folder. If you want to disable you can do it as well through the retrieve page, but again you will need to confirm it by clicking a link that will be sent to the linked email address.
