"Cosmetic Items" Failure to Transmog

So, I just recently picked up one of my favorite transmog helms in the entire game (I own it one retail along with the other 2) the Crown of Eternal Winter: http://www.wowhead.com/item=95475/cr...eternal-winter and I'm noticing that my 25 coins may have just been shot down the drain because this beauty CANNOT be transmog'd as normal. The item is meant to be used as a BoA transmog item and here on Warmane it is equippable and that is it. This is rather unfortunate because I think these items can bring some donations in (like myself, but I've supported since 2013), but I feel rather put off by the fact that my coins were essentially wasted on an item that is not behaving as it should.

tl;dr the Cosmetic Only Transmog Helms ( http://www.wowhead.com/item=95475/cr...eternal-winter , http://www.wowhead.com/item=95474/jewel-of-the-firelord , and the http://www.wowhead.com/item=97213/ho...ering-darkness ) are not useable as a transmog item YET, and thus are currently a waste of coins. Please fix this if possible

You should probably create a bug report in the bugtracker.

if you purchased them within the last 24h you can create a ticket explaining what happened and you should get your coins back.

I've gone ahead and made a BugReport and I sincerely hope the devs can look into this matter. I only want a refund if they cannot or will not make these work properly, I'd much rather continue to support them as I have for a couple years now and enjoy a sweet transmog.

@Zakyx my thoughts exactly, I mean they have the cosmetic helms in the Marketplace so that shows some kind of intent right? They are incredibly nice looking helms and I've seen all kinds of wicked good transmogs based upon them.

Just a friendly bump in hopes a dev or mod that may be able to shed light on this issue. I love how great these items look and want to make some new transmogs with them.

REALLY REALLY want this to be fixed so i can stop switching helmets and accidentally killing allies with no stats on my head. xD
