If so are we able to retrieve our stuff from the old server?

What about our donations that we did are they lost forever?

please help me I cant even create my old account stuff its not a common forum or account name but it says its in use but i enter my passwords and it doesnt work.

If by stuff you mean your characters, no.

No, when you recover your old account you are credited the coins you donated for, both the ones you had used and the ones that you had sitting in your credit, and have a generous time frame to spend the refunded ones again.

Open a Support ticket from the "My Account" menu to get assistance in recovering your old account.
