Account help needed

So I just made this account so I can submit a ticket. I used to play molten WoW using the name sizoo100 and with a hotmail email address, I tried logging in with my username and password but it said that the username or password were wrong so I decided to do a password reset. When I did that I got a prompt telling me there was no user with the name sizoo100 so I thought to myself "Ok whatever Ill just make a new account" And when I went to make a new account I got the prompt saying that the username sizoo100 was already in use. I would like to have my account name back, I don't really care about the point transfers or whatever. I still have access to the old hotmail address but I mainly use a gmail now.
