So this is the story i voted daily for 5 days straight, to buy a staff which does 800 - 1100 damage. so after the 5 days i bought the staff on my 18 pandaren monk. so i bought it checked my mailbox and the staffs damage was decreased to 56 - 86 damage?... can anyone help me?
Btw its a 1 - 80 staff called: grand staff of jordan

It is a heirloom staff, it scales as you level up. When you get to 80 it will have the stats you saw.
