Old accounts recovery issue

how do i get my old accounts back, i mean i used to have 4 accounts , but now i cant log in with either one, i try to retrieve em ,but it failed, anyone can give me some advice on how to get the old accounts back?

I have also asked this question and today I made a new account and donated right away too :).

The thing is I tried to check for old registration emails, but 1 of my emails has been purged, 1 I recovered but had all emails gone, and the other 2 (also had 4 accounts), have no mention of it either, so I am realistic, there is no possible way to retrieve it.

HOWEVER i read around the internet that if you somehow manage to have an old registration email proof, that MIGHT work but otherwise its a lost cause realistically speaking.

I sent a GM a ticket too, waiting a response now, but I doubt I will ever see those accounts ever again.

It is a private server, I was gone for 2 years, it's a large private server, but its still PRIVATE, they don't owe us anything in the end so don't think you're entilted to it, even if you had them at premium status, like I did.... all 4 of them :( . 5 if I count my friend's one who stopped playing long before.

I looked around and it was molten-wow/recovery, it was available at least in january 2015, considering the reddit post.

But yea, not working anymore, only chance is to contact a GM, but as I said, with no email proof... its hard.

I mean, theoretically they could ask for old passwords, what characters you had, etc and that is a pretty convincing matter, but they would need some one dedicated to doing just that daily probably. So I hope you can somehow manage a registration email proof at least, if not.... chances are below 1% I'd say.
