I don't have access to my old molten account anymore

Hi. I used to play on molten before the merged but then stopped. I recently came back and once i couldn't log in anymore, after a few attempts, i decided to create another account without realizing that a "merge" had happened, and that as a consequence my old account was lost. I did find strange that, once i tried to create a new account, my email was already in use, but i couldn't log in with it anymore. A friendly recently told me about this and said that i could retrieve my old account by making a post on the forums so here I am. How can i get my old account back?
