Hi.Can i ask if this is working as intended. i have synapse springs ( http://www.wowhead.com/spell=126734/synapse-springs ) enchanted and also i have a Grievous gladiator's badge of victory ( http://www.wowhead.com/item=100500/g...dge-of-victory ) and when i activate one of them the other one goes on a cd for about 10seconds
