Can someone explain me a few things...im of wow for some time and i lost the "line".

1.Neltharion is one cata realm,and the second is Warsong right?
2.What are the differences between them?
3.Can we transfer characthers from Neltharion to Warsong realm?

3. No. Highest PvE ilvl on Warsong is 397, on Neltharion its 416. Also, gold is free on Warsong, so you can't bring chars one way or the other.
