Technical Coins Lost

Hello everyone! After Molten lost the characters and accounts database I recovered my old account and got back some points and around 100coins. I have created 2 characters and got some starter pack items for free and let my account like that until I could come again to play (I didn't use any of the coins i received back). Today when I wanted to start again I saw that I have 0 coins and I thought maybe I bought some items back then but on my characters there is no donated items and my marketplace log is empty. Can an admin tell me why I lost my coins and if there is any chance to receive them back ?

All refunded coins and points have a limited time to use (after extensions it was around 60 days, I believe).
That was informed all over the Forums, the webpage, Facebook - up to having the exact amount of time you had left to use them displayed when you logged in to the webpage.
