Um Hello well just like most of people in here they got their account/characters Delete on Molten wow which same thing happen to mine.
I Donated quite few $ on this account. To my surprise when i got on my account i notice i only have 4 coins on my account which on my Community status it says i'm a "Contributor". So atleast stating that i'm a "Contributor" i should have atleast 100$ worth of Coins. I have most of donate trans i did on his account
But i dont know which 1 is which on my Bank Statement so i think i need some help
Recovered coins / points are not permanent. If you recovered your account few months ago your account currency should be now at what you had at the end of December 2014.
Actually Zelta during the Original "Terms of Service" for Molten, They CAN be held responsible for the items that went missing, considering i kept a screenshot of the original terms of service along with what it said on the donations page. They may not be "replaceable or permanent". But it clearly said if an event like this was to happen that we would be compensated for our losses. Not arguing simply stating the facts. So you may want to read up on your Terms Of Service for Donations. Because something about this doesn't really seem right
Zelta is talking about refunded points and coins. Those were coins that had already been used in the past, and which we gave people back. There was a timer for them to be used, which was even more than what's stated (but not enforced) in our Terms of Service that state coins are valid for 30 days. If someone recovers their account and doesn't uses their coins during the offered time, they forfeited those coins.
