Will the server reset when its officially released

Of course everything will be wiped, its even announced on the PTR while you play there.

Before every new patch, Blizzard offer the players a chance to try out the new content. PTR stands for Public Test Realm,they are launched so people can test the game and even report possible bugs to improve things .
