Troubles with downloading

Hello I have this issue i was trying to download the panda client on the website , I even downloaded uTorrent and im logged in but nothing happens when i press the download button..
My friend has the same problem ... and my system is windows 8.1 ,his is windows 7

Please help us :( (We want to play :D)
