This guy Bgjonny speed/flyhacking for 2 days already in bgs. Can any gm come already in game and respond to a ticket or ban him ?

Ticket will probably do nothing, just a generic answer. You will have to PM a GM on the Forum and have proof, and be lucky if they respond. And even then he is only banned for 10-30 days.

Instructions on how to report players can be found here, posting your player reports on the forum is not the way to go. Speed/Fly hackers are banned 30 days for the first offense and the ban duration increases if they repeat it in future - 30 days/120 days/ permanent ban.
