Heirloom Pants

I'm looking for this item but i can't find it in game or in the store

Yet, i remember seeing someone wearing it. Anyone knows how to get it (and any other heirloom pants)

Today i saw the same in frostwolf, a pala with heirloom pants

Apparently, the pants were inside some of the "starter boost packs" that people could get after the moltdown. If you already got a different pack or if you are not eligible to get one or if they don't exist anymore, then there is no way to get this heirloom item at all, as it doesn't exist in marketplace or anywhere else in the game.

I don't know why it doesn't exist in marketplace though, all other heirlooms seem to be there : /
