Technical Need help. Can't access my main account

Hi

Im having trouble accessing my main account, I dont know how to proceed with asking for help as I dont want to list my IP / Account name obviously but can a GM /moderator check the IP this account has been accessed on and search for other accounts on this IP? Ive tried all the email accounts I can think of and I cant seem to find the right one.
