The other thread had be wondering, is there 19s on MoP?
I've seen a few geared 19s (Horde), but they claim they are not twinks on horde side, back on sargeras mop, there were a few 19s as well.

Right now I do see 10s trying their luck with Ten Twink(s) guild.
