1. Heirloom transfer - Gm please read

So here is my problem ,
I created a new account not long ago ,
and I can't transfer my heirlooms to him .

    Here is what I know:

1.The heirlooms doesn't have anything on it , clean heirlooms.
    2. The character is in the same account.
    3. I can transfer heirlooms to all my other character except him.
    4. My character name is Yunko.

    What I tried:
    1. I tried talk to a Mod , and he is clueless .
    2. I tried to contact a gm , Ignored most likely , or he didn't reached my message yet (over a week).
    3. Tried to contact the support via ticket , they told me not send ticket about heirloom transfer there ( Recover account only ), and closed my ticket.
    4. I sent him 100 gold from another character, and I never received it.

I can't delete this character , he has 2 mounts on him , and I don't want to lose him .
    Any gm can help me?

  2. you could have been max level on it in the time you have waited for an answer lmao.

  3. I know , but I don't care ,
I want them to fix my account :< .

  4. GMs don't check the Forums often, and when they do they are under no obligation to go after threads asking for their attention (what is against Forums rules, in fact). Forum threads, posts or PMs aren't meant and shouldn't be expected to be some sort of "faster lane" option to opening an in-game ticket.

  5. Still we dont have enough information

Does any error pop up when you try to send heirloom?
Are you sure you wrote correct your character name? Double check it
Just to be sure, you cant transfer heirloom to character if its on other realm.

  6. Are you serious with me?
so where I need to ask for help ,
if the ticket guide said exactly :
"What you should NOT submit in a ticket

Bugs - GMs are not Developers and are not in-charge of fixing bugs. Report all bugs to the Bug Tracker. Not having the amount of required posts to submit a bug is not a reason to submit a ticket."

Why you guys don't make 1 support line , which will resolve all the problem , instead of 3 different one , which work less efficiency.
and I have this week for over a week what the hell I should do?...
you mod give me no good answer , so I need to seek for a gm,
instead you mods help me with my problem , you just tell me what I did wrong and not help me to improve.

seriously the worst support I ever got from private servers.

Thanks a lot anyway , i'll just lose my mounts and delete this character.
You can close this thread or what ever.

  7. Now I know why you have been helped.

  8. New comment , now you can **** off from this thread after you made such clever comment.

On the topic , i'll report this bug in the bug tracker ,
and hopefully the next guy who will counter this issue , won't have the same problem as I did.

Support ticket and in-game ticket are different things, for different purposes and fine the way they are. We have different support lines because we assume (correctly, on just about every case) that people will be able to link "in-game ticket" with "in-game problem" before trying everything else wrongly. The Bug Tracker is also for bugs that can in the very least be replicated, which implies you know what happened and can provide steps to make it happen again and validate your report. A bug report saying something happened one time, with one character, on one account, and you don't know what you might have done nor can you make it happen again, will likely be dismissed, especially when no one seems to have had the exact same issue as you before.
