I've been poking around the forum for the past hour or so, however couldn't find any comprehensive guides on what to do if I'm an old use from Molten :/
Help is very appreciated as I'm looking into re-playing the game again.

If you are referring to your old account, you have to open a ticket on the Web to recover it. Although old characters cannot be recovered since we do not have access to them.
