WotLK: Is there a way to download in-game?

I've never got to play during WotLK but the PvP looked more fun and balanced compared to MoP so I'm interested in playing it, who knows, maybe even do some PvE (I've never done an actual raid lol). The problem is, my internet is not very fast (about 2 mbs), and downloading WotLK would take a very long time and keep me from doing anything on the internet until it's finished. So, is there any way I could download as I play?

They only introduced that with Cataclysm, there's no way to do it with WotLK that I'm aware of.
