    Wrathfull and relentless Tabard (PvP)

    Why would you guys have removed the Wrath and Relent tabard at 2.3k rating ? it gives a goal to the players to push rating cmon...

    3.3.5a relentless weapon npc was removed too, so i have no idea what going on. Back in retail every npc was in place on this server we can't have weapons npc "To damn OP would be" pff.
