Bug > No NPCs, Mobs, players.

Hello,
I am a quite new player in this server and I've experienced a huge bug or hell knows what. So I've recently reached level 84 and decided that it would be a great idea to go to the Twilight Highlands, aye? Logic. So when I got there, everything was fine (except those Water Elementals who knocks you up to the top of the map... Water Sprout skill or something like that.) However, that is not the problem I've come here to to make you aware of. Soon, as I progressed further, I could find no monsters, NPCs or any players. Only terrain and everything but the objects that I could interact with. Could you please explain me what forced such a bug and is there any sort of a way to deal with it? Have you ever encountered such glitch? It would be very nice if someone helped me with this issue.

TH is a phased map, so unless you progress with the quest chain, you won't see anything. Funnily enough, the quest chain stops prematurely at the first questing area because of missing npcs or bugs, so the rest of the map will stay empty.

As far as those elementals are concerned, the bug appeared after last patch, but no attention was given to them.

Same happened to Deepholm. It's phased and empty. Not even there tamed pets are usable anymore.
