Battlegrounds 70-79

Hi,
I wanted to ask if there were once pvp or more specifically battlegrounds at these levels?
There are always more than 50 players in each faction connected at these levels but never a single battleground.
Is there maybe a reason for this or a way to improve pvp "low" level?

Go deathwing, I think they've got active bgs there.

Not really sure about this, I queued too and after 2-hours still no BG, maybe they'll have to change something to make it appear faster.

This week I had about 5 battlegrounds on deathwing without queuing a lot, it is pretty active depending on the hour
