I just returned after finding out about the whole downfall of molten or whatever and was able to get my coins back via a ticket. However this message was included in the response "DO NOT make any purchases via the Trading system nor Shadowmourne & Val'anyr in the standard Marketplace."
Why would I not be allowed to purchase shadowmourne or Val'anyr?

Yeah that's pretty much why I stopped playing in the first place but if I have all those coins and only 24 hrs to use em, I might as well join that group lol

your best bet would be to pm a staff member and ask them why that limitation is in place.

To try to stop hording all coins of diff accounts on to one big one for one not to mention all the other crazy stuff people can do with trading the coins they were so gratefully gifted back. If you had a legendary before motldown maybe there's a chance they will let you have 1 again, they did at the start not sure about now though so good luck :)

With refunded coins you could only buy Shadowmourne if you previously had it. Now the option to buy it back for the same price is gone but you still can't but Shadowmourne from marketplace normally with refunded coins.

They could have just said forget you and your coins and not given them to you. :) Also, sorry they made the "mistake" of trusting someone. You're right Kaer should just run this all by himself with no help from anyone.

Trading is not allowed with the gifted coins and you could only get the ledgendaries with your gifted coins IF you alread had them before. You now need to clear your coins and then yuo can use trade & buy ledgendaries.
