    Dear Molten Staff,

    Unfortunatly, there was a bug with my HeartStone and I was tp in Lost Islands, there's no one here and I'm stuck. The automatic unblock system did not work.

    Could you help me please ?

    You can open an ingame GM ticket and one will port you out when they get to your ticket number.

    You might want to go play/level something else in the meantime.
