que rdf with 0 gear?

i never did rdf's on mop, but lately i decided to que for patient title.

and looks like u can que with absolutely 0 gear, i encountered same holy paladin with no gear at all, 134k hp... wtf is this? some new bug or this was always present just didnt notice it till now?

ofc we wipe over and over since he cant heal **** :D and every time 30 mins deserter.... ?? the ****.

Not sure if RDF HC actually had a gear requiredment but i just see this as a QQ thread...
