Can i change factions back and forth with points?

Hi,i looked around in FAQ but didn't find anything about this.
If i change from Ally to Horde i get a message "Faction change is irreversible" .
Does that mean i can't go back from Horde to Ally EVER ?

I took one look at the store on the website, about the faction change with vote points:

FACTION CHANGE

Faction change costs 150 Points and provides:
- Character's race changed to the chosen opposing faction race
- Your character must be level 40 or above to use faction change
- Faction change is completed through the character selection screen in-game
- Faction change is irreversible and not eligible for refund """

That means that you can't ask your VPs back. You can ofc, spend another 150 VPs to change again. Learn to read...
