I'm having a problem with Cloud serpent Flying skill !! erased !!

well i had a problem with the flying skill of cloud serpent ! i finished the quest required for the skill and then suddenly server crashed !! when it came back to the game the flying skill was withdrawn from me and it requires training again !! and the quest required for it is not available anymore ?? please help me with this i couldnt figure it out !!
