can't spend my coins

Hello,

since I recoverd my old account, I can't use my coins in the marketplace anymore.

Error: Your currency must be reset before you can purchase....

How can I fix that ?

You can't use refunded coins on the trade section with other players.
If you already used all of the refunded coins and are talking about brand new donated ones, I believe you can open a Support ticket to request the reset to be forced so you can use them. If you still have refunded coins they will be removed in the reset, though.

I'm not talking about the trade section, I mean the marketplace for my characters but I'll open a support ticket to fix that problem. Thank u for ur help.

You cannot purchase legendaries using your refund coins.

They are refunded coins. You are already getting the chance to reorganize them, instead of just receiving the exact same items you had acquired with them before. We won't let people weasel their way in to getting Legendaries they never had in the past using refunded coins.
