Item Transmog requires Reputation when i buy it from the store!

I bought [Far Seer's Helm] and it wont let me transmog it becaus i dont have exalted reputation with kureani im talking to gm's but they tell me to come here and nothing here no post has this thing im talking about -.- could any Bigger Ranked GM help me out with that rep ?
