General PvP guide?

I played arenas in tbc and mop on retail but nothing in between. I played a bit of AT years ago but I honestly dont remember a lot of the things I used to know. I checked the sticky post with a huge list of wotlk guides but nothing about general pvp knowledge.

I am looking for something that has info like how long CCs last, what abilities share DR, each specs main cds you need to keep an eye for, etc. I'm learning some again through playing, but being able to just read it to know would be a great help.

You would honestly be better off just dueling a few of each class, and getting practise though that and some BGs.

Is the only one that hasn't been fully updated to WOD, so you are pretty safe to check it out in regards to CC and the DR categories.
