Setting apply but when I close game and open they change to default

So, i change the in game settings like sound and graphics. i play for some time i get bored so i close it. when i re-open it the settings i changed are set to default... HELP PLZ!! Thanks

Make sure your WTF folder and Config.wtf file in it are not set as read-only.
