So i downloaded wotlk yesterday and i got HD models with it and when i started creating characters i coudn't see half of the haircutes i can only see few. So is there any way i can fix it ?

You'll have to delete the patch patch3-w.MPQ (or something similar, not sure about the number) from the Data folder and then another MPQ that has a -w from the enUS (or GB) folder. (Basically every file that is not supposed to be there.)
I honestly don't know why is warmane forcing this cancer on us. If somebody wants new models they'll just download them -.-

Instead of spreading conspiracies, you would notice there are two WOTLK clients available on the download page, the new one with the HD Patch and the original client.
No-one is forcing anything on you.
