Locked Account

Hello, this post i related to an older post of mine http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....mit-Ban-Appeal

Due to my router having dinamic ip, my acc was locked, after i reset the router i can play wow, but I can`t use any account features, not even to change my password, due to "Account Locked for Exploiting" error, and if I try to submit a ticket for a Ban Appeal, I have no bans for which to appeal to.

Can someone help me with this issue?

Open a ticket with using one of the account access issues types, not one about bans, since you aren't banned.
Make sure to explain you aren't appealing a ban and that you aren't banned, being able to access the game just fine, only the website claiming you're banned.
