Guard NPCs

Soo in the first two months we all know that we'll be restricted to lvl 60 and later 70 but what is really annoying me is city guards and any elite mobs in all of the faction capitals. The normal wrath guard can probably 2 shot most of the low geared 80 soo how should we expect to make city raids? Some people might say that city raids are a loss of time and are annoying but in my opinion they are amazing if you have a well organized group. Please do consider nerfing the guards.

wow 2 months u cant kill city guards so sad :( the realm didnt open and u already set ur eyes on for the horde/alliance?
